About Esher

There are days when faith feels strong and steady.

And then there are days when it feels like you are simply showing up with what you have left.

Not less faith. Just tired faith. Honest faith. Faith that is still there, even if it is quiet.

Still, Scripture speaks gently into both.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)

And also:

“Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him.” (Jeremiah 17:7)

Some women read those words and feel held immediately, because they are living them right now.

Others read them and feel steady, because they have seen God carry them through long enough to know He does not fail.

Both are walking with the same God.

Esher began with that truth.

The name Esher comes from the Hebrew idea of blessing—closely tied to the word used in Scripture when it says, “Blessed is…” (Psalm 1:1). It is not a surface-level kind of happiness. It is the deeper kind of blessedness that comes from a life rooted in God, even when circumstances do not look like what you expected.

It is the quiet assurance that God is still present, still faithful, still forming something in your life—even when you cannot yet see it.

That is why Esher exists.

Not as something loud or complicated. Not as something trying to impress. But as a gentle reminder that God has not stopped being near His daughters in every season they walk through.

Some women are in seasons of waiting—long, stretching seasons where prayers feel like they are hanging in silence.

Some are rebuilding after disappointment, learning how to trust again without rushing the healing.

Some are standing firm in faith that has already been tested, refined, and strengthened through time.

And some are learning how to hold onto God in the middle of uncertainty, even when answers are not yet clear.

All of it is seen.

All of it is known.

Because Scripture says:

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” (Jeremiah 1:5)

And:

“Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He who will sustain you.” (Isaiah 46:4)

Esher is not here to define faith or to replace it.

It is simply a quiet space that helps point the heart back to what has always been true:

God is still God in every season.

The One who carries the weary.
The One who strengthens the steady.
The One who meets women in both silence and strength.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

There is no hierarchy here. No stronger or weaker faith. Only women, and a faithful God who does not change.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)

That is the heart behind Esher.

And it is also where our tagline comes from:

One of a kind. Handpicked. Just as God has handpicked you.

Because nothing about your life is random to Him.

Not your season. Not your story. Not your place in this moment.

“You did not choose Me, but I chose you.” (John 15:16)

That is the reminder we want every woman to carry.

Our Heart

To gently point women back to the truth of God’s Word in every season of life—whether they are holding on, standing firm, or simply trying to find their way back to hope.

Our Purpose

Not to add to Scripture, not to replace it, and not to speak above it.

But to stay close to it.

Because it is written:

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105)
